Dear Maria:

Wanted to drop you a note expressing the deep satisfaction that Lynda and I have with your handling of the sale of our home.

As you know, we had initially used another agent with very unsatisfactory results. We needed to sell our current home and recoup our equity so that we could set the closing date for a new home we were building. Time was of the essence! The previous agent had brought us a contract and based upon his advice we took the house off the market at that point. After being off the market for some 6 weeks (under the impression that the home was sold and we were only waiting for the buyer’s loan to be approved which we had been told was no problem) Lynda received a telephone call recently one night that the deal was off. When I first met Maria Roberts, before seeing or putting an offer on her listing on 7227 Sonnet Glen, she made me aware that she would be acting as a sellers agent, therefore protecting the sellers interest but, at the same time, making sure that I would be treated fairly. Being a “ nervous” “ mom “ time home buyer, I felt very uneasy but decided to follow my instincts and trust Maria.
